In the tradition of Bjorn Targjeison Bjaalid (old spelling),1791 -1859. His work is a delightful play between filigree scrolls, decorated like engraved silver work, people and a lovely stylized rose. He did many works, however, the piece chosen for this study was his work on a trunk. The horse riders were on the front which divided in to 2 panels. The woman on the right side, and the man on the left.
